The Soldier's Letter

 

How to place a bid

 

- Choose the script or scripts you would like to bid on

- Then go to our contact page and email your bid. 

  (The minimum bid on all scripts is $100.00)

  (The minimum bid on art is $50.00)

- In your email, please make sure to specify the actor/actors/item that you wish to bid on.

  Example: Vincent Corazza (Sailor Moon) - $100.00 bid.

- In your email, please include your Full Name, Email and Phone No.

- When the auction is over, you will be sent an email to let you know, if you have won.

 

- Please be on the alert for your email as you will have 24 hours to confirm you have

  recieved it.  If we have not received your confirmation within the 24 hours your bid

  will be cancelled.

- In your confirmation email, please include the following information:

  Full Name, Phone No and Mailing Address

- When we receive your confrimation email, we will then send you an invoice with the

  payment required. This will include shipping costs.

  (Shipping will be done through Canada Post and the shipping costs will be included on an

   invoice you will be sent when you are noified of your confirmation.)

- Once you have mailed out your payment, send us an email with the tracking number.

- Once we receive your payment we will mail out your autographed script and a thank you

  letter from both "The Soldier's Letter" and Wounded Warriors Canada

- Once your payment clears and your item is ready to be shipped, you will receive another

  email with your tracking information.

- All items will require a signature upon receipt.
